Step 1 — Pick a date and a treat
We come to you — field day, fall carnival, end-of-quarter celebration, teacher appreciation, holiday party, family night. Pick one product or mix two or three.
Step 2 — Parents pre-pay online
We send you a custom link. Parents order from their phone in 60 seconds — treat, classroom, kid's name, payment. Done.
Step 3 — We show up sorted
Every order is already grouped by classroom on a printable list. Teachers know exactly what's coming. Whether it's 50 or 300 shave ices, everything's organized.
Step 4 — Your school gets a check
Parents can voluntarily add a small "Pay It Forward" donation that covers treats for kids whose families couldn't pay. Whatever's left over comes back to your school.
